She also loves scuba diving and is anxious to get to the warm, clear waters of the Caribbean to indulge that passion.  

Michelle enjoys cooking and has found that creating any culinary treats much past microwave popcorn is requiring an entirely new set of skills in the galley.  One thing hasn't changed...she can still make a mean Cosmo on or off a boat and that's what's really important, isn't it?
